Watch Your Words

WHY should you watch your words?

Because it’s part of designing the life YOU really want.

Your thoughts and words impact your subconscious mind, and your subconscious mind holds your emotions and self-image.

Your self-image and the way you “feel” impacts your actions… or whether you move toward the life you really want.

If you keep saying you can’t do something, you’re more likely to make that your reality.

Nonetheless, you’ll hear people affirm that they are lazy, stupid, disorganized, uncoordinated, or more.

This can be changed!

Choosing your words is part of a bigger strategy toward success.

Bring awareness to the moment you use these words: I, me, my, mine.

Notice how you speak about yourself AND what you claim as yours.

Then, change… in the moment… and rephrase what you say!

Watch your words and affirm the positive in your life!

From Apathetic to Active!

I went from apathetic to active and optimistic in 12 weeks… and I’m not done changing yet! For the first time in 30 years, I’m considering my own essential needs before I take care of anyone else and it feels great! In prioritizing ME, I’ve put events on my calendar, gotten back to exercising for the first time in years, and lost weight, too.
